William Chatoff, R.Ph., BCNP

Founder & CEO

William is a licensed Pharmacist (VT, PA, NY, MT, MI, WY, NH) and Board Certified Nuclear Pharmacist with an exceptional business savvy and a keen ability to develop pharmacy-based and health care related businesses. He is an experienced entrepreneur with a proven track record of growing companies through strong leadership and operational expertise.

Formerly, William was the owner and COO of PharmaLogic Holdings, which he founded in 1993. At PharmaLogic, he researched and identified market opportunities for radiopharmacies capable of dispensing specific injectable unit dose radioactive and complex pharmaceuticals to hospitals and specialized clinics. During his nearly 20 year tenure, PharmaLogic opened sites in VT, PA, NY, MI, WV, WY, WI, Puerto Rico, MA and Quebec.  Bill has supervised up to 100 employees in as many as 10 facilities while maintaining strict quality controls and ensuring overall compliance with regulatory entities.

William initiated and consulted on cyclotron operations and Pharmaceutical Manufacturing in commercial P.E.T. facilities in Canada and the United States.

  • designed the P.E.T. cyclotron and radiopharmaceutical manufacturing facility in Canada and United States;
  • evaluated equipment and technological advances; empowered with purchasing authority for all manufacturing, analytical and dispensing equipment;
  • composed and implemented standard operating procedures covering cyclotron operations, drug manufacturing, quality control testing and pharmaceutical dispensing;
  • provided training for personnel involved in the operation of the cyclotron and the radiopharmaceutical quality control and dispensing operations;
